How do I create an account?

From the sign-up page, enter your email and choose a password. A verification message is sent to you: until you click the link it contains, signing in stays blocked.

I did not get the verification email

Check your junk folder first. From the sign-in screen you can ask for a new one. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, write to us and mention the address you used.

I forgot my password

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. You will get a reset link valid for a limited time. Once it expires, simply ask again.

How do I connect my watch?

Go to Settings, Connected devices tab, and start the connection for the service concerned. You will be sent to the manufacturer's site to authorise access, then brought back to Stibia.

How long before my activities show up?

An activity usually arrives within minutes of being made available by the connected service. The Connected devices tab shows the state of the last sync and, where relevant, why it failed.

An activity is missing

Run a manual sync from Settings, Connected devices tab. You can also import a FIT file directly from the Activities page. If the activity is still missing, tell us its date and sport.

How do I build an interval session?

From Planning, choose “Create a session”, then add blocks one after another: warm-up, efforts, recoveries, cool-down. Each block carries a duration or a distance, and a single target — pace, power or heart rate.

Can I import a whole training plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From Planning, download the CSV template, fill it in, then import it. One file may hold a whole plan with its weeks and phases. The number of sessions created is reported at the end of the import.

How do I send a session to my watch?

Open the session and use the send-to-watch action. If the service is not connected or refuses the push, a file is offered for download instead: you can import it yourself into your manufacturer's app.

Can I get my data back?

Yes. Planned sessions export in a format watches can read, and imported activities stay downloadable. For a full extract of your account, write to us.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Write to us from this form and pick the “My data” theme. Deletion is permanent and takes your activities, your planned sessions and your profile with it.
